⛽ Not just Warrington, but did you know that Google Maps now shows you up to date petrol station prices?
We generally only talk about the positive stuff, but this was pretty big news yesterday. Fiddlers Ferry was on fire and here is a little video that a Scoop reader sent over for us.
😃 We are going to start posting more on TikTok, so if that is your platform of choice, please come and say hello over there.

Maybe it’s just me… but I love watching random walking tours on YouTube of places I might be visiting. I came across this one of Warrington, which is pretty. Send it off to a friend whos moved out of Warrington to show them what it’s like nowadays.
House of the week 🏠
This one's for anyone who has ever walked past an old building and wondered what it would be like to live there.
It's a former school master's house on Chapel Road in Penketh, and you can still feel it. There are original fireplaces and lovely woodwork, but it's far from stuck in the past. The kitchen is bespoke, with a range cooker and a Belfast sink, and there's underfloor heating in the hallway, dining room and kitchen, which sounds very good on a cold morning. You get two bedrooms, a lounge and a separate dining room, and a bathroom with a standalone bath.
It's on for offers over £300,000, and the price has just come down. Have a look here on Rightmove.

Last Friday's Wordle had some of you cracking it in one guess (hello, Alison) and some of you needing a few more tries. Today's word has a Warrington connection again, so put your thinking cap on, then reply and tell me how many goes it took.
