Dora the Dinky Café Boat ⛴️ ☕️

We caught up with Angela, the owner of Dora the Dinky Boat Café, to hear all about her new floating coffee boat.

Angela’s 25ft custom-built boat, painted in kingfisher-inspired colours, started trading on the 1st of August on the Bridgewater Canal around Preston Brook and Moore. She fitted it out herself, turning it into a cosy cafe-on-the-water.

On board, you’ll find hot drinks (including locally roasted Duda Coffee), fresh breakfast baps, and homemade cakes, “a little bit wonky,” Angela laughs, “but made with love.” The menu will grow as she settles in, but for now it’s all about good coffee and a friendly chat.

Dora doesn’t stay in one place and moves along the canal. To find her, check The Dinky Cafe Boat on Facebook for daily locations and opening times.
