Warrington Shout Outs 📣

Here are some things you might want to know about.

🚗 We recorded a video on Friday of the mystery yellow car that's been left near IKEA and Marks and Spencer. We called it Warrington’s newest tourist attraction. A lot of people have been talking about it on social media. This video we made has had over 450k views across all social channels, so it’s really got people talking.

☕️ The other week, we recorded a video about the Village Farmhouse and Coffee Shop on Bridge Street. Well, this has now opened. We haven’t been down to visit yet, but if you have, let us know what it’s like.

📽️ Birchwood Acts! are bringing a bit of magic to the new year with A Magical Birchwood Cinderella. It’s showing at Birchwood Community High School on Thursday 29th Jan (7:30pm), Friday 30th Jan (7:30pm), and Saturday 31st Jan (2pm & 7pm). Tickets are £8 for adults and £6 for under-18s and concessions.

Business of the Week - Walton Emporium 🕰️

We always like to bring you somewhere new, or at least somewhere you might not have wandered into yet. Last week we popped into Walton Emporium for a look around, and honestly, it’s brilliant. They’ve got loads of amazing bits with something for everyone. I ended up eyeing up a Mario garden statue, which was definitely not what I expected to find… but that’s half the fun.

There’s plenty of outdoor stuff, quirky pieces, and all the treasure-hunt items you’d hope to see in a good antique shop.

You can find them on Taylor Street (just off Chester Road) on the way to Walton Gardens.

There’s a video overview here if you want a quick look.
