House of the Week (A New Most Expensive House in Warrington)🏘️
A few months back, we had a nosey at Warrington’s most expensive home, but now there’s a new one on the block.
This stunning seven-bed farmhouse on Dyers Lane, Lymm has just hit the market for offers over £1,999,975. Set on about an acre, it’s packed with features like a pizza oven, hot tub enclosure, summer house, annex, and even a woodland garden with chicken runs.
Inside, it’s just as fancy. Think reclaimed oak beams, a wine cellar, an Aga in the kitchen, underfloor heating, air conditioning in most bedrooms, and loads of space for hosting.
It’s safe to say, this place is ready for some serious summer parties (or just sitting back with a brew in the garden room).
Check it out on Rightmove.
