Warrington Had a Castle? 🏰

There's a fantastic chance to explore the hidden history of Warrington Castle
Where: The Bulls Head, Warrington
When: Wednesday, 29th May
What: A guided walking tour and illustrated talk about the medieval Warrington Castle site and its surrounding history. Whether you're a history lover, a local curious about the past, or just looking for something different to do, this will be a great evening.

Cultural Quarter Heritage Walk 🚶

We spotted this and thought it might be right up your street. A gentle 60–90 minute heritage trail through Warrington’s cultural quarter, starting at Warrington Central Library on Thursday 23rd May at 11am.
It’s a free guided walk exploring local history, followed by refreshments and a chance to chat with the Archivist.

Clear your mind and melt away all stress and tension during this Sound Healing experience.
🧒 Parent and Carer Coffee Morning (Online Safety) - Gorse Covert Primary School, 9am

Dementia Action Week – Free Support Event This Tuesday

The Making Connections dementia network is hosting a free drop-in event on Tuesday 20 May between 10am and 4pm at the Living Well Hub on Horsemarket Street (opposite the Blue Bell pub).
You can speak to professionals, learn about reducing your risk of dementia, and even take part in two free sessions:
🧠 10:30am – Risk reduction talk by the Later Life and Memory Service
🫱 1:00pm – Dementia Friends training
No booking needed. Just turn up. First come, first served.
