Reduce pain, move better and feel calmer with New Vision Therapy (NVT).

NVT is a gentle, hands-on therapy that removes bodily restrictions that negatively impact your nervous system. The nervous system controls all the organs and bodily processes. Health issues can arise when the nervous system isn't working properly.NVT has helped clients with: anxiety migraines/headaches, muscular skeletal issues, PTSD, ADHD and more.

One of Rachel's clients recently got in touch from Bali. Before her sessions, she'd been hit by a car and was struggling with pain and anxiety, even on short walks. Now she's navigating the famously chaotic streets of Ubud with confidence.

"I'm currently in Bali, pain free and enjoying the sights. The traffic here is crazy yet I'm really comfortable walking along the edges of the road. I honestly can't thank you enough, Rachel."

Warrington Food and Drink Festival Returns 🍽️

The Warrington Food and Drink Festival is returning in May. After a brilliant 2025 it's back at Bank Park and Warrington Town Hall on Saturday 16th May (11am to 7pm) and Sunday 17th May (11am to 5pm). Free entry, family- and pet-friendly.

Here are some positive stories from around the town over the past few days.

🪠 A Warrington plumber has been named the best in the North West. Miroslav Tomcisak, owner of Bewsey-based Plumbisimo Ltd, won the title at The Plumber Awards 2026, commended for his first-class customer service. (Warrington Guardian)

🔧 Stockton Heath is getting its very first Repair Cafe on Saturday, 16th May at St Thomas' Church Hall on Ellesmere Road. Bring your broken items, and volunteers will fix them while you enjoy a hot drink and cake. Repair Cafes are really popular with Scoop readers in Lymm and Birchwood, so it's great to see one heading to Stockton Heath.

🏏 Lymm Oughtrington Park Cricket Club are looking for new members for their Women and Girls team, no experience needed, year 8 upwards, training starts Tuesday 14th April.

🍟 If you love a crisp, The Blue Bell is hosting an Unlimited Crisp Night on Friday, 10th April, from 7pm to 11pm. Bring your mates, bring your games, and they’ll supply the crisps. Sounds like a brilliant night out.

🏃 Warrington Parkrun is hosting a Pacer Event on Saturday 11th April, with pacers from Lymm Tri Club running at 20, 25, 30, and 40 minute targets. A great chance to hit a goal time if you’ve been working towards one.

House of the Week 🏠️

This one caught my eye this week. A fully refurbished four-bedroom detached in a quiet cul-de-sac on Tragan Drive in Penketh, on offer at over £425,000 with no chain. It's had a full rewire, a new boiler, a new roof and windows, and an open-plan kitchen with bi-fold doors onto the garden that looks stunning. Four bedrooms plus a study, two bathrooms including a freestanding bath, and a private rear garden that's not overlooked. Everything has been done for you, so you can just move straight in.

Thanks 👍️

Thanks for reading The Warrington Scoop today.
