IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

Good morning, Warrington. Mike here. This is The Warrington Scoop.

February is here, and it feels like winter has been around forever. Maybe this is the month it finally starts to warm up a bit. There’s a decent amount happening around town this week, so here’s what’s worth knowing before Monday gets going.

In today’s Scoop:

  • We chat to Rob from Warrington Fruit and Veg in our latest podcast episode 🎙️

  • The Makers Market returns to Time Square 🛍️

  • Our events guide has over 35 things to do this week 🗓️

  • What if Bridgerton were in Warrington? (just a bit of fun) 🤣

Grab your favourite brew, and let's start. ☕️

P.S. Did you know theres a place to play darts in Warrington with 15 dart boards? We popped down last week when there was a darts tournament on, and it’s great.

Podcast Episode 9: Why Shop Local in Warrington? 🎙️

Why shop local in Warrington? This is the focus of our 9th podcast, and it turned into a really interesting chat. We sat down with Robert Leicester from Warrington Fruit and Veg, who, I am sure, a lot of you know already. We chat about what it’s actually like to run a local stall and why shopping local matters.

You can listen to the episode by clicking here (it loads links to all your favourite podcast apps) or by clicking the YouTube link below.
